Jill Berquist Bio

Jill Berquist is professional Coach, Trainer, Speaker and Author who specializes helping executives, professionals and business owners navigate important career and life transitions to achieve greater personal and professional success. Often her clients are seeking a greater sense of meaning and fulfillment—and what she terms “soul-centered success,” a life aligned with their unique values, talents and identity.

Aside from 11 years in her coaching business, Jill’s prior experience includes over ten years as a human resources professional for a global consulting firm, training from the world renowned coach training program CoachU, and the Professional Coach certification from the International Coach Federation. Jill has been one of five coaches in Connecticut selected by Newsweek and Fast Company online directories for executives, and is the founder of the Connecticut Collaborative of Professional Coaches. 

Jill is a recognized Life Blueprint™ Coach, a facilitator of the Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction coaching program™ and an Oasis in the Overwhelm Facilitator.  In 2007, Jill co-authored Oasis in the Overwhelm 28 Day Guide –Rewire Your Brain From Chaos to Calm, and views sharing Oasis strategies with others as her way of injecting a dose of sanity into the world, one person at a time.
