The Club is located at the CT State Armory which was completed in 1909, dedicated by President William Howard Taft, and recently named to the distinct National Register of Historic Places. The outside of the building is over a quarter of a mile in length, with the interior highlight being the 55,000 square foot drill shed with 80 foot ceilings! This example of classical revival architecture is supported by granite which is the same stone used for the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in NYC.
